Bio Syxmyth (pronounced: six myth) is a five piece band focused on A-Z classic rock from yesterdays hits to today’s soon to be classics, along with a good mix of songs in between for those who like to mix it up on the dance floor! Named after guitarist Paul Sixsmith, the band originated back in 1982 in the bustling village of Streetsville, Mississauga,! Back then, the hair was big, the pants were tight, and six packs had nothing to do with beer. Yeah, they had a lot of fun during the good old high school days but, reality eventually settled in with jobs, wives, and children. Twenty three years later, the band reunited in 2005 with the 3 original members of the band, Paul Sixsmith (guitar), Brent Walker (vocals) and George Swica (guitar). Staying true to their roots in music, they picked up from where they left off and have been rocking ever since! Today they are joined by Sebastien Gagner on bass guitar, Trevor Williams on guitar, Bruce Macmillan on keyboards, and Andrew Little on drums, to complete the band, the legend, Syxmyth! End
